The 173-room property is part of the Marriotts Autograph Collection and sits on a pristine private lake surrounded by Douglas fir, cedar and pine trees. The property is just 3.6 km from the riverbank and free private parking is available.  

The location is beautiful and if you have a room with a lake view, you will be impressed. The changing rooms are nice and the hotel has a steam room and a large hot tub. The outdoor pool is nice for warm summer days and the hot tub for cold autumn and winter nights.  

The Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa and Autograph Collection does not offer breakfast. The hotel has no advantages for HRS guests. This hotel is not wheelchair accessible. The hotels do not offer their guests any advantages.  

The bottom line is that staff have no customer service in mind. This can be seen in the reception staff, room service and cleaning staff. The Hotel Pine Rose has a fantastic team who will be happy to assist you wherever you are.
